Josep’s dedication to getting it right has had a significant impact on the business. His work has both elevated the quality of our products, and streamlined our workflow, resulting in a more efficient and reliable service for our clients and patients.
Congratulations, Josep, on this well-deserved accolade!
Runners up
The following people also deserve a special mention as GIRFT runners up:
Recognition for Alan Spratt, Andrew Clarke, Alan Williams, Damion Cotterell, Peter Short and Ashleigh Dadson-Butt who have created a new starter handbook in Infection Sciences. The book helps new starters feel welcome, and ensures they have all the necessary information they need in their first few months.
Acknowledgement too, to our entire Laboratory Service Centre call centre team, headed by Chris Tanalega. The LSC has been working tirelessly over the past few months, improving call waiting times and dropped call percentages.
